Job Description
Seeking a part time office assistant to work in a small office in East Dubuque, IL. This person will answer phone calls, respond to emails and perform various Administrative duties as outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer phone and email inquiries and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Manage mail and postage account.
• Order supplies.
• Compile lists for mass emails.
• Send out contracts.
• Internet research.
• Upload and edit videos and process orders.
• Map out travel and verify hotel arrangements.
• Keep operational lists and files up to date.
Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook preferred. Must have good communication skills.
